How do I register so that I can be listed on your Facilities and Services // Cast and Crew Directory?
Visit our registration page to complete and submit your application. Please ensure you meet the criteria before completing the relevant form. Once you submit your form you will receive an email confirming your registration.
What type of registration do you offer?
We have a Facilities & Services registration for businesses who are based in the county and provide a relevant service to the Facility or Service in the screen sector in Norfolk.
We also have a Cast & Crew registration for those who are based in Norfolk or can work in Norfolk without charging overnight stays.
Can I register and sign up to the directory if I do not live or work in Norfolk?
You or your business must be based either in Norfolk, or able to work and/or provide your service in the county without charging overnight stays.
What are the industry levels ?
We want to be able to identify levels of experience within the Norfolk region on our Cast & Crew directory, so when completing the registration form please select the level of your industry experience as identified below:
- Student: You are currently in full or part-time Post 16 education and / or training
- Entry: You will have at least one screen industry credit
- Emerging: You are establishing your career in the screen sector and have two or more screen industry credits
- Experienced: You are advancing in your career in the screen sector, with a number of industry credits that reflect the recognised work you have achieved.
- Expert: You are highly regarded as an expert in the screen sector and have a significant portfolio of industry credits.
What happens if I do not meet the criteria?

How much does it cost to be listed on the directory?
Initially Norfolk Screen was charging a registration fee to be included on its directory directory. However, in recognition of the financial impact that the pandemic continues to have on those working in the screen industries, registration is now free.
I need to update my details on the directory – can I do this?
Once you register you will be able to update your profile. However, please ensure that you only select 3 roles if signing up in the cast and crew memebership scheme.
Do I need previous credits to join the Cast & Crew directory?
We advise that you highlight any relevant credits within Film, TV, Commercials etc. that demonstrate your experience and current skillsets. Please refer to the criteria set out on the registration page.
Can I feature on both the Facilities & Services and Cast & Crew directory?
Yes, but you will need to subscribe to each registration separately. The Facilities & Services registration will need to name your business (company or soletrader) whilst you can apply as an individual on the Cast & Crew directory.
I have a number of different disciplines and skillsets within the Screen Sector – Can I feature in more than one category on the directory?
For the Cast and Crew registration, you will have the option to identify up to 3 catergories, if applicable.
If you are a Facility and Service, you will have the option to identify 1 category.,
Will I be guaranteed employment if I register?
No, unfortunately not, but by joining and subscribing to our directory your services and skill sets will be listed online for production companies who use our site. We hope this will result in supporting local talent to find opportunities within the sector.
