The Film and TV Charity have made a popular online mental health platform, delivered by Togetherall, free and accessible for anyone working behind the scenes in our industry as well as their households.
Access anonymous group or one-to-one chats and guided self-help courses that cover a range of subjects to help you manage mental health problems such as depression and anxiety.
Supporting your colleagues
If you’ve got a production coming up and want to make sure your friends and colleagues know that support is available for them too. You can add the Support Line to your call sheet, production documents, COVID-19 signs or email footers.
